I'm Patrice Laflamme. I manage producers, songwriters and mixing engineers, work on projects, and help people navigate the business behind the music.​ I've been doing this for more than 16 years. I've worked on a lot of different sides of the industry, but at the end of the day, I'm still most interested in two things: Great people and great projects.

WHAT MATTERS TO ME.

Talent is important but values matters more to me. I want to work with people I trust, people who work hard, people who care about what they do and people I actually enjoy being around.

When the relationship is right, it becomes bigger than a business relationship. We work together, we build together, and we look out for each other like familly.

I'M NOT HERE TO TELL PEOPLE WHAT TO DO.

I'm here to help them get where they want to go. Sometimes that means management. Sometimes it's A&R, creative, a deal, a contract, a difficult conversation or figuring out what the hell to do next. I like being involved. I like understanding the problem, finding the right people and figuring things out together.

More international projects. More great people around the table. More creative work. More opportunities for the people I represent. I'm building Managed by Laflamme slowly and intentionally, keeping it boutique, staying close to the people I work with and choosing quality over quantity.
