PEOPLE.

I WORK WITH PEOPLE I CONNECT WITH.

Producers, songwriters and mixing engineers who make great records

and want to build something bigger around them.

Talent matters, but who you are matters more.

I look for people whose values, work ethic and energy I connect with.

I’d rather work with a great person who hasn’t reached their full potential yet

than a genius who’s impossible to work with.

Once I work with someone, it’s not just business. We become family.

I’m involved in the creative, the relationships, the opportunities

and the business that come with it.
